Our good friends from Barrelheads partnered with us to capture their single barrel whiskey picks into beard & hair oil! This single barrel bourbon pick was named "Daybreak."
The story behind this one is super cool. This whiskey was effectively triple-barrel finished, using the same barrel "8B-US-3000." Whiskey Del Bac made whiskey using the barrel, then it went to 8-Bit Aleworks to make Mayan Chocolossus, then went to Scale & Feather Meadery to make Bit & Feather mead, then went back to Whiskey Del Bac to make the final whiskey that was ultimately selected by Barrelheads and named "Daybreak."
The "nose" profile we get from "Daybreak" is:
- Malted milk chocolate balls
- Honey
- Raspberry
- Lemon
- Ancho chili
